Creative Space Thursday

My creative space has been put on the back burner for the last week or so. Lots of family time and then a large dose of Operation declutter, throw in a dash of "Must plant veggie seeds before the end of the summer" panic and I kind of didn't get to do too much. However, a lovely 3 hour nap from Robyn yesterday coupled with 2 episodes of the Moonstone on BBC7 meant I could crack out the sewing machine and get busy making. I have a school fete coming up later this month so have been adding to my stock with pencil rolls.

I have plans for more fun felt cards, sock toys and bean bags. Hopefully I'll have lots to share next week!

Felt cards - reveal (finally!!)

Well, I can only say I had a slight blonde moment a couple of weeks back. I posted some sneak peaks of my new felt cards, then posted them in my folksy store without revealing them here! Doh.
So, better late than never right?

Lion card - with a padded mane Apple cards - Granny Smith or Pink Lady?

Cloud - with silver lining.
Lady Bird card Owl card
If you'd like to buy one of these then please do stop by my folksy store!
Happy Tuesday guys - I'm off to finish off a baby quilt for a friends new little baby girl, back with pics later in the week!

Creative Space Thursday

A stack of finished felt cards, hurrah! So nice to have some finished pieces rather than a pile of Works In Progress. Not sure that I'll get much done next week as my Creative Space will be a building site - we're finally getting a new kitchen! The Robster and I are going on a little sojourn to my mum and dad's in Suffolk, I can't wait. A break from Essex and I get to come home to a new kitchen.

I hope to get some of these cards listed on my folksy store today or tomorrow. I have my fingers' crossed that next week's Creative Space post will be sharing a complete quilt top, that's the plan anyhow!

TTFN folks, don't forget to pop by Kirsty's gaff for a nosey at other creative spaces.
